Well in an attempt to get back out walking, Dartmoor and Coastal walks, ive managed to get bitten by the Geocaching bug ^^

Sooo ive signed up to Groundspeak.com , and loving it, also splashed out on the Active 10 SatMap ( to kinda replace my Garmin eTrek ) , though there is no software for the apple mac for the active 10 yet

But it is really a great piece of kit, though if you go for it, then invest in the poly battery pack

Well ive got the battery pack too, was a little tuff replacing the battery holder with the battery pack, but with a flat head screwdriver and a little force it was sorted ^^.

I find using the active 10 in map mode a god send, as the pointers on most hand held GPS’s seem too point all over the place when you get real close to the destination, whereas the map mode you can see more clearly where you are at

When i turn my attention to, ICONS ^^ hehe

Well nearly everything is tucked into its new server, im using fast hosts ( UK Based call centre, and they seem to know what they are on about too )

A few problems that need sorting out, they are a little more expensive than one&one, IMAP for example is extra per email account.

Well all the server transfers ( baring one ) have been made now.

Ive taken this chance to update to the newer version of WP and by chance i managed to import all my old stuff from the old site too ( most cool )

Well here it is, first moon photo using Canon 350D through my 900mm skywatcher telescope.
I will post details of photo here later

Signed up to play this online on my Mac G5 dual 1.8 only to find it is INTEL only!!!!

So have had to use my Sony Vaio using Vista, must say though its very nice, even if it is slow loading up
Game play is smooth, but again afer solvng the first “age” there is little to do otherthan chatting, so you have to really pay the $12 to get the most out of it!
Oh be prepared for a long download too, over 300mb firt time, then a simlar one for the update!!!
