So this is another shoutout to the guys at Brain-in-Hand ( though there was talk about renaming it, cos for some it feels a little odd :p ) But over the many years of using this service, I can for sure say it has helped in so many ways, yes ideally you need the full package where the support comes from the support centre ( currently NAS ), But just knowing that there is help simply a button press away is something I value for sure.
