For those of us who’s spelling can even leave Google thinking what on earth? Dragon Dictate is a FREE application for the iPhone and iPad ( there are apps for Blackberry / Android but not sure if they do the same )
Simply install the App , start it up and talk away, click done(iPhone) or touch the screen(iPad) it then looks up the words via wifi ( so you are going to need a network connection here guys! ) and job done!
Ive tested it on both iPhone and iPad and it is very good, once you have the text there you have option to send to email / twitter / Facebook or Text(SMS) if on iPhone!
Only thing to remember is to speak clear, if you falter abit ( like i did a few times ) then its not so spot on, which means editing the final output

Slightly off topic on my Blog, But just a warning , If you get a Phone call from “Microsoft” or a Microsoft Partner or a Security company etc etc , Saying there is a fault / virus / spam etc going on with your computer , it is a total scam, all they want is your money ( ideally they want your credit card! )
Tell them, in what ever manner suits you best, to kindly go away!
Currently they are hitting the South West Coast ( Devon / Cornwall ) hard, but this is a world wide scam it seems!

Ok for Windows its called Screen Tinter and its FREE from Here
For Apple Mac its called Nocturne and is available Here and is also free.
With the Mac version the settings i found that work really well are as per screen shot ( choosing your own preferred colour overlay that is! )
Also if you drag the Application to the Dock of your mac, when ( the application ) is set up with your preferences , simply click on the “alias” on the dock to either activate / deactivate it!
Works a treat 🙂
