Achilles tendon

It has been about 3 weeks since I truly pulled or wrenched my Achilles tendon. I’ve only just started going back to the gym. I still feel that the foot is not ready for mountain biking. The weather has not been kind either!

Next weekend looks like a no go. I think there might be something on I need to do. So it’s 2 weeks from this post that I’m hoping to get out. I’d like to do the Puffin Billy as I have not done that for ages. It’s easy to do although a bit awkward to get to. My van will NOT fit up there, which means cycling up that really steep hill. So the foot really will need to be ready for such a venture. I might have to give in and try Haldon forest first to see how that goes?

I am, however, going a bit stir C R A Z Y !! I need to get out!
