Ok, I understand that the dustbin crews needed the bins to be gathered into a single place. We are a large estate of houses for the area. It’s unclear if the bins “arranged” like this are helping the crews. They might be hindering them!
But really…our residents do need to try at least to make the effort of being tidy, today’s effort I would give a D-
I will have to say, there is one very kind person. After our bins have been collected, she then puts all the bins together for each house!
